What is Chirashi-sushi?

Chirashi-sushi is vinegared rice with thin strips of egg, pieces of raw fish, vegetables and crab meat arranged on top.

As you can see, this one-word term is combined with two words Sushi and Chirashi which means to spread out various ingredients. Anyway, Seeing is believing.!

How to eat Chirashi-sushi is very simple. Just pour soy sauce with Wasabi (Japanese Horseradish) if you like and eat!
