Sometimes Japanese use the term "Soft Cream" to say ice cream below which is soft serve ice cream, though they are plastic samples...
A set of model plastic Japanese icecream in buckwheat (soba) and green tea (maccha) flavours. Japanese like to see the food their are ordering before ordering it. The brown things stuck into the ice cream are not chocolate flake but traditional Japanese biscuits.
Above samples' green flavor is green tea called Maccha but most popular flavor is vanilla and Chocolate.
You should be careful when you try Green tea flavor because sometimes it would not sweet at all!!!
